The possibility of the ELV's being adopted for the TriNations took a big turn towards being implemented last night when Australia's SANZAR representatives pushed for their introduction.

The Experimental Law Variations (ELVs) have not won everyone over but there is a slim chance that the Wallabies' Tests against Ireland and France in June-July but there is a good chance that they they will be introduced for the first time at international level in the Tri-Nations series
